Comal County Order of Commissioners’ Court Designating the Area for Foreclosure Sale

Commissioners’ Court, in regular meeting and acting in its capacity as governing body of Comal County, by motion duly made and seconded and approved, has declared and hereby orders that foreclosure sales shall be conducted according to the provisions of the Texas Property Code, Section 51.002 as amended in the following areas by the listed priorities.

The first floor in the historic Comal County Courthouse shall be the area in the Courthouse where the sales of real property under contract lien and tax foreclosure sales are to take place. (Specifically, sales are held in Room 101 and/or the first floor lobby in the historic Comal County Courthouse located at 100 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130)
