Comal County Order of Commissioners’ Court Designating the Area for Foreclosure Sale

Commissioners’ Court, in regular meeting and acting in its capacity as governing body of Comal County, by motion duly made and seconded and approved, has declared and hereby orders that foreclosure sales shall be conducted according to the provisions of the Texas Property Code, Section 51.002 as amended in the following areas by the listed priorities:

• The main entrance of Commissioners Court building shall be the area at the courthouse where the sales of real estate property under contract lien are to take place 199 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130
