Comal County Order of Commissioners’ Court Designating the Area for Foreclosure Sale

On this the 27^th day of October, 2005, Commissioners’ Court, in regular meeting and acting in its capacity as governing body of Comal County, by motion duly made and seconded and approved, has declared and hereby orders that foreclosure sales shall be conducted according to the provisions of the Texas Property Code, Section 51.002 as amended in the following areas by the listed priorities:

• In Room 104 of the Comal County Courthouse, located at 100 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130

• The southeast entrance of the Comal County Courthouse, located at 100 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; or

• In case of inclement weather, the Commissioners’ Courtroom, located at 199 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130
