4.  Final approval of:

a.  Mystic Shores, Unit Nine, accept dedication of right-of-way, accept Construction Bond

     #26-13-66 as road surety, and grant variances. (Pct. #4).

Note: Mystic Shores, Unit Nine, consists of 83 Lots being 185.35 acres and one reserve being 0.16 acres plus 14.93 acres being dedicated to the public as right-of-way. The lots will be served by a certified public water supply system and individual on-site sewage facilities. Comment letters from the utilities have been received. The Comal Appraisal District has approved the street names. Construction Bond No. 26-13-66, in the amount of $334,230.00, has been submitted as road surety.

Variance is for: Minimum lot size requirements

Other pertinent information is on file at the Road Department. Upon acceptance of the variance, this plat meets the requirements for final approval.

9:35 Supplemental Item

16.  County Judge presents recommended budget to Commissioners' Court and files with County Clerk.

Judge’s recommended budget includes the following:

2% C.O.L.A. for all county employees and up to a 4% merit increase for those who are eligible,

.01 cent tax rate increase (first tax increase in seven years), and

No salary increase for all elected officials.

Recommended budget is on file at:

New Braunfels Public Library,

Bulverde Library; and

Comal County Clerk’s office.
