4. Approve Resolution 2005-06 Supporting the proposal for the Affordable Income Housing Tax Credit Program for elderly low-income residents for New Braunfels Landa Place Apartments byNew Braunfels Landa Place L.P. APPROVED

5. Recognition of Members of the Sexually Oriented Business Committee.

6. Select members to serve on the 2005 Comal County Salary Grievance Committee.

7. Proclamation declaring March 20 to 26, 2005 as "National Agriculture Week in Texas".

8. Approve Memorandum of Agreement between Comal County Sheriff’s Office and the 37^th Training Wing, Lackland Air Force Base for confinement of all Air Force pre-trial prisoners at the Comal County Jail and authorize County Judge to sign. PASS NO ACTION

9. Approve Inter-Agency Agreement between Comal County Indigent Health and the Community Council of South Central Texas herein referrals will be provided to eligible households for appropriate agencies in times of crisis and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED

10. Amend the 2005 Child Safety Fund budget from: Child Safety Fund Reserves to: Capital Equipment for the purchase of a transport vehicle. The vehicle was budgeted in 2004, but was not purchased. APPROVED

11. Consider and approve the "Suspension with Pay" policy. APPROVED

12. Accept payment from Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers’ Standards and Education and approve budget amendment to increase the training lines in the Sheriff’s Office, Criminal District Attorney, Constables Pct. #2 and #4. APPROVED

13. Award bids for: Vehicle Equipment for 2005 Crown Victoria Police Interceptors for the Comal County Constables. APPROVED

14. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code Section 551.072 for deliberations about Real Property.

15. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code Section 551.071 for consultation with Attorney.

16. If necessary, discuss and take appropriate action on any and all items or matters discussed in Executive Session.
