4. Grant variance for encroachment into the 25’ front building setback on Lot 3, Shady Vale Subdivision, Unit 2. (Pct. #1) DENIED, VARIANCE NOT GRANTED

5. Accept extension of Storm Water Drainage improvements surety, Letter of Credit No. 526, for The Legends at Rancho Del Lago, Unit 3. (Pct. #4) APPROVED

7. Consider and approve agreement between Department of Defense Information Systems and Comal County to facilitate Urban Area Security Initiatives Conference and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED

8. Approve and authorize County Judge to sign agreement with Volz for restoration of the Comal County Courthouse. NO ACTION

9. Approve and authorize County Judge to sign agreement with Volz for preliminary plans, specifications and cost estimate for additional building and parking next to the Comal County Tax Office. NO ACTION

10. Open bids for: Oblate Drive right-of-way clearing within Comal County.

11. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code Section 551.072 for deliberations about Real Property.

12. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code Section 551.071 for consultation with Attorney.
