3. Acknowledge the proper construction of the private roads within Stallion Estates, Unit 4, and release associated surety, Construction Bond #929214738 (Pct. 4).

Note: The roads within the referenced subdivision have been completed by the developer in compliance with the Comal County Subdivision Regulations. The Road Department has inspected the paving and drainage improvements and recommends Commissioners Court releases the associated surety, Construction Bond #929214738. The roads within this subdivision are private and will not be maintained by Comal County.
