#26-13-01 (Pct. #4).

Note: The roads within the referenced subdivision have been completed by the developer in compliance with the Comal County Subdivision Regulations. The Road Department has inspected the paving and drainage improvements and recommends Commissioners Court accept the roads within Rive Chase, Unit Four, into the Comal County Unit Road System. Additional information is on file at the Road Department.
