1. Approve Claims. APPROVED

2. Amendment to Plat:

a. Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 4, combining Lots 1857 and 1858 into Lot 1857R; (Pct. 1)APPROVED

b. Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 1, combining Lots 433 and 434 into Lots 433R. (Pct 1)APPROVED

3. Public hearing and the Vacate and Replat of Lots 77 and 78, El Dorado Heights, Unit 2 establishing Lots 77R and 78R. (Pct. 4) APPROVED

 

WORKSHOP AGENDA:

1. Presentation by the City of New Braunfels on the proposed TIF (Tax Increment Financing) Reinvestment Zone.

2. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.

3. Report from Citizens.

4. Texas Cooperative Extension Annual Health Education Report for Comal County.

ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:

4. Approve Resolution 2004-102 adopting the 2005 Comal County Investment Policy.APPROVED

5. Authorize County Treasurer to sign "Acceptance of Services" with Wells Fargo Bank in order to create a zero balance account for the county internet bank account. APPROVED

6. Approve agreement for Contract Services for Nurse Practitioner Services with Cynthia Reindinger & Comal County Public Health Women’s Health Clinic and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED

7. Approve Memorandum of Agreement between The Texas Department of State Health Services and designate Comal County Health Department as a delivery site for Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED

8. Recognize County Clerk, Vital Statistics, receipt of 2004 Exemplary Award from the Texas Department of State Health Services, Vital Statistics, for timely recording of birth and death certificates.

9. Approve line item transfer in Commissioners’ Court from Travel, Precinct #3 to: Travel, Precinct #2 to cover costs for the remainder of 2004. APPROVED

10. Award Bids for:

a. Various Services related to Comal County Animal Control; APPROVED

b. Portland Cement for the Comal County Road Department; APPROVED

c. Unleaded Gasoline and Premium Diesel Fuel; APPROVED

d. Road Materials: Flexible Base, Type A, Grade 2/Flexible Base, Type A, Grade 6/Hot Mixed-Cold Laid Asphaltic Concrete /Hot Mixed Asphaltic Concrete/Uncoated Aggregate, Type B, Grade 3/Uncoated Aggregate, Type B, Grade 4/Emulsified Asphalt HFRS-2P / Emulsion EPS-DC/Asphalt Stabilized Base, Grade 1/ and Black Base, Type A, for the Comal County Road Department.

APPROVED awarded to all based on location.
