and acted upon: 1. Claims. APPROVED 2. Amendment to Plat, Mystic Shores, Unit One, combining Lots 101 and 102 into Lot 101R (Pct. #4). APPROVED 3. Public hearing and the Vacate and Replat of Lots 64, 65, 66, and 67, Ensenada Shores at Canyon Lake, Unit One, establishing Lots 67R, 66A, 66B, 65R, and 64R, and grant variance requests. (Pct. #1) HELD PUBLIC HEARING, NO ACTION TAKEN WORKSHOP AGENDA: 1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff. 2. Report from Citizens. ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon: 4. Approve Sales Tax Rebate Agreement with Home Depot Supply and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED 5. Approve Agreement between Comal County and Dorothy Overman, M.D. for Preparedness and Response for Bioterrorism, and authorize County Judge to sign. APPROVED
6. Approve Grant Application for Local Public Health Preparedness and Response for Bioterrorism and authorize County Judge to sign. 7. Appoint/reappoint members to serve on ESD #5 Board of Directors. 8. Approve Public Official Bonds for Commissioners Pct. 1 and Pct. 3, Sheriff, Tax Assessor-Collector, County Court at Law Judge #2, Constables Pct. 1, Pct. 2, Pct. 3, and Pct. 4, Sheriff and Constable Deputies/Reserve Deputies. 9. Approve the hiring of 2 or more paid Deputy Constables for each precinct using the money budgeted for the 1 paid position in each precinct with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2005. The total hours for each precinct will not exceed 899 hours. 10. Discuss and consider prohibiting outdoor burning. ADJOURNED
