COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ANYONE NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE MAY BRIEFLY LEAVE THE COURTROOM.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA:
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Introduction of new hires(s) and authorize County Judge to sign new hire checklist(s) and job descriptions(s) as appropriate.
3. Accept the extension of the road surety, Construction Bond #SWIFSU0307120, for The Summit North, Phase 5, and authorize County Judge to sign said bond. (Pct. #4).
4. Approve the Cancellation Plat of Freedom Lake Subdivision, Unit One, and terminate the associated Escrow Agreement submitted as road surety. (Pct. #4)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Report from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
5. Refunds (over $500.00) of ad valorem tax overpayments or erroneous payments and authorize the Comal County Tax Assessor-Collector to remit refund payments.
6. Dealer Title Application (DTA) Agreement with Bluebonnet Motors, Inc. to issue motor vehicle titling and registration supplies on behalf of the Comal County Tax Assessor-Collector.
7. Authorize Requesting Bids for:
a. Document Imaging Service for Road Department.
b. Document Imaging Service for County and District Clerks.
8. Authorize Rescinding Bids for Uniform Rental Shirts and Pants; Awarded 12-26-02 in error.
9. Award Bids for Uniform Rental Shirts and Pants.
10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: as authorized by Government Code Section 551.072 for Real Property.
11. If necessary, discuss and take appropriate action on any and all items or matters discussed in Executive Session.
