COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ANYONE NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE MAY BRIEFLY LEAVE THE COURTROOM.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA:
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Quitclaim deed from Comal County to Wanda Graham to quitclaim all right to roads, rights- of-ways, and easements within the property described in the deed on record within the County Official Public Records as Volume 330, Pages 539-542. (Pct #4)
3. Platting requirements for the division of approximately 269.39 acres as generally described in Document #9906033849, Comal County Official Public Records. (Pct #2)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Report from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
4. Proclamation naming the week of March 15-22, 2003 as "National Agriculture Week" in Texas
5. Proposal by the New Braunfels Parks and Recreation Department for joint funding of the development of a skateboard facility at Ernest Eikel Field and take appropriate action.
6. Facilities Use Agreement for Hidden Valley Sports Park between Comal County and CRRC of Canyon Lake for the lease of 13.36 acres of land and authorize County Judge to sign said agreement.
7. Contract with depository bank, Wells-Fargo and/or their designees to accept payments for county monies by means of credit cards and authorize County Judge to sign.
8. New position in the Treasurer’s office – Assistant Treasurer and approve budget amendment from General Fund Reserves to Treasurer’s Office Assistant Treasurer salary and benefits lines to fund position effective April 1, 2003.
9. Amendment of lease with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Hidden Valley Sports Park to include the gorge created by the spillway overflow.
