NOTICE OF MEETING
COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a Supplemental meeting of COMMISSIONERS' COURT will be held on the
13th day of March, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. in the Comal County Commissioners Courtroom,
199 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas.
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, passed or adopted, to wit:

SUPPLEMENTAL ITEM:
For Commissioners Court to consider and approve Comal County to enter into agreements with NRCS and Cypress Falls Farm for sediment and debris removal on Cypress Falls Farm property and authorize both Commissioner Jack Dawson and Judge Danny Scheel the authority, acting on behalf of Comal County, to negotiate and enter into these agreements.

I, the undersigned Clerk of the Comal County Commissioners’ Court do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the Comal County Commissioners’ Court, is a true and correct copy of said Notice. I received and posted said Notice on the bulletin board at the Southeast entrance of the Old Courthouse located at 100 Main Plaza at a place
readily accessible to the general public at all times on the 10th day of March 2003, at 9:00 a.m. Said Notice remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said Meeting.
