COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a the
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT
THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION. 8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Recognition of employees for years of service to Comal County.
3. Final approval of Heimer-Lange Road Subdivision, Unit 2, and accept Construction Bond No. 41BCSCP7923, as road surety. (Pct. #1)
4. Public hearing and the Vacate and Replat of Lot 1110, Mystic Shores, Unit 10, establishing Lots 1110A and 1110B, and grant variance. (Pct. #4)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Reports from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.

5. Accept Office Depot rebate check of $1,290.62 for participating in online ordering through U.S.

6. Approve Proclamation recognizing April 11-17, 2005 as "Animal Control Appreciation Week" in Comal County.
7. Approve Resolution 2005-07 relating to the appointments to the Board of Directors of the Comal
County Health Facilities Development Corporation.
8. Discuss and consider waiver of penalties and interest accrued on ad valorem taxes and take appropriate action.
9. Approve line-item transfer in Road & Bridge Fund from: Other Construction Projects to: Capital Equipment to cover increased cost of 66"vibratory roller.
10. Open bids for Schoenthal Drainage Improvements Project.
