COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ANYONE NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE MAY BRIEFLY LEAVE THE COURTROOM.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2.Vacate and Re-plat of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and a portion of Riverside Path, Maricopa Ranch, Section One, establishing Lots 10R, 11R, 12R, 13R, and 14R, grant variance requests, and accept dedication of right-of-way. (Pct.4)
3. Accept the road within El Dorado Heights, Unit 4, into the Comal County Unit Road System. (Pct. 4)
4. Final approved of:
El Dorado Heights, Unit 4, and accept dedication of right-of-way. ( Pct.4)
Lantana Ridge, Unit Four, accept Construction Bond No. 41BCSBV7330 as road surety, and grant variance request. (Pct. 1)

ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
5. Proclamation recognizing Comal County High School Swim Teams.
6. Approve authority for Comal County Judge to sign contract with depository bank Wells Fargo and/or their designees to participate in the Wellsone Commercial Card program.
7. Approve use of Texas Department of Health Region 8 Bioterrorism Funds for tuition, travel, lodging and meals for Domestic Preparedness Conference and authorize Comal County Judge to sign.
8. Approve Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and authorize County Judge to sign.
9. Review county notary policies.
10. Resolutions regarding proposed legislation being considered by the Texas 78th Legislature.
11. Approve budget amendment from: Road & Bridge Fund Reserves to: Non-Capital Equipment and Computer Components and Software for expenditures necessary to support the Address Coordinator.
12. Approve budget amendment from: General Fund-Recycling- Travel to: General Fund – Recycling-Licenses to cover licenses for the remainder of the year.
