COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ANYONE NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE MAY BRIEFLY LEAVE THE COURTROOM.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Amendment to Plat:
a. Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 5, combining Lots 2122 and 2123 into Lot 2122R. (Pct.1)
b. Rivermont, Unit No. 4, Block 23, combining Lots 1 and 2 into Lot 1R (Pct. 1)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Reports from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
3. Proclamation naming:
a. The week of May 5th-9th, 2003, as "Small Business Week" in Comal County and recognize "Small Business Person" of the Year.
b. The month of May as "Community Action Month" in Comal County.
4. Waiver of penalties and interest accrued on ad valorem taxes and take appropriate action.
5. Approve budget amendment from: General Fund-Jail-Medical Supplies to: General Fund-Jail-Non-Capital Equipment for the purchase of an AED Trainer and CPR Mannequins for training purposes.
6. Authorize requesting bids for a 36" Dual-Drum (tandem) Articulating, Vibratory Roller for the County Road Department.
