NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.

The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Set time, date, and place to consider the approval of the application to cancel the subdivision, Stone Hollow, within Comal County, Texas (Pct. 4)
3. Final approval of Heritage Estates, Unit 1, accept escrow agreement as road surety, accept dedication of right-of-way, and grant variance requests. (Pct. 1)
4. Vacate and replat of:
a. Lot 29, Tom Creek Hills, Unit Two, and a 0.906 acre tract as recorded in Document No. 9706005744 of the Official Public Records of Comal County, Texas establishing Lot 29R. (Pct. 1)

8. Consider an approve Interlocal Agreement by and between Comal County and New Braunfels Independent School District for tax assessment and collection services, and authorize County Judge to sign.
9. Consider and approve cash drawer increase for Tax Office Motor Vehicles Deputies.
10. Amend the 2004 budget in:
a. Land Acquisition Fund from: Reserves to: Property Improvements to pay for fencing of property purchased in the FEMA buyout.
b. General Fund from: General Fund Reserves to: Veterans’ Services Hospitalization to cover the cost of the Veterans’ Services Officer’s insurance.
11. Open Bids for County Road Department Water Distribution System.
