COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ANYONE NOT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE MAY BRIEFLY LEAVE THE COURTROOM.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA:
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Amendment to Plat:
a. Vacating and Resubdivision Plat of Lot 1, Emerald Valley, combining Lots 1-B and 1-D into Lot 1-BR. (Pct. 4)
b. Cypress Cove, Section One, combining Lots 75, 76, 77 and 78 into Lot 75R. (Pct. 4)
3. Accept the public roads within River Crossing, Unit Three, into the Comal County Unit Road System, and release associated road surety, Construction Bond No. 26-13-06. (Pct. 1)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Reports from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.
3. Review payment options offered by Merchant Services through Global Payments Direct, Inc. utilizing the receipt of credit card payments in person and via internet, in the following departments: Tax Assessor-Collector, County Court, County Court at Law, District Court, and Justice of the Peace courts.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
4. Change Polling Place location of Voting Precinct #105 from Canyon Lake Fire Station, Oblate Dr., in Startzville to Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club, 405 Watts Lane, Canyon Lake. This is a permanent polling place change for Pct. 105 for all future elections.
5. Approval of historical marker placement at Pct. #4 Justice of the Peace office, as requested by Comal County Historical Commission.
6. Approve resolution readopting guidelines and criteria for tax abatements.
7. Approval of Commissioners Court Term Minutes for February 6, 7, 13, and 27, 2003.
8. Approve line-item transfer in Indigent Health Care from: Outpatient to: Ambulatory Surgical Center to cover additional expenditures for ambulatory surgical costs.
