NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Public hearing and the Vacate and Replat of Lot 172R, Eagles Peak Ranch, Unit No. Two into Lots 172RA and 172RB, and grant variance. (Pct. #4)
3. Amendment to Plat, River Chase, Unit Five, combining Lots 621 and 622 into Lot 621R. (Pct. #4)
4. Consider the approval of the application to cancel the subdivision, Stone Hollow, within Comal County, Texas. (Pct. #4)
5. Consider and approve revisions to the Comal County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
6. Adopt the Comal County Major Thoroughfare Plan.

1. Reports from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:
7. Review and approve the Water Availability Report submitted by the Canyon Lake Water Supply Corporation.
8. Approve agreement between Comal County and Liberty Marketing Company for county maps and authorize County Judge to sign.
9. Approve members appointed to the 2004 Comal County Salary Grievance Committee.
10. Authorize requesting bids for County Road Department Water Distribution System.
