COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA:
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Set time, date, and place for public hearing to consider placement of certain regulatory signs on County roads. (Pct. 4)
3. Final approval of Canham Ranch Subdivision, Unit 1, accept dedication of right-of-way, accept Construction Bond as road surety, and grant variance requests. (Pct. #2)
4. Determine platting requirements for approximately 147.0 acres being out of the William C. Patterson Survey No. 164, Abstract 474, the Wm. Howard Survey No. 165, Abstract 258, the J.M. Christian Survey No. 22, Abstract 108 and the Chas Stroud Survey No. 26, Abstract 558, within Comal County, Texas. (Pct. 1)
