COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER
EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS. ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Approve – Treasurer’s Monthly Investment Report as of May 31, 2003.
3. Approve proposed street name change from Pine Meadow to Dural Crest within River Crossing Unit Four. (Pct. #1)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Report from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
4. Accept donation of $7432.00 from Bill Mayo and approve budget amendment in the Sheriff’s Office to increase Non-Capital Equipment line by the same amount to fund (8) eight radars for Reserve Unit cars.
5. Approve and take action on request by JP’s for additional compensation.
6. Consider Order #96 and take appropriate action regarding assumption of liability for Dr. Carlos Campos as the jail physician.
7. Review and finalize timeline and amount of issue of tax notes.
8. Accept audit report by Holtman, Wagner & Co. of Comal County’s 2002 fiscal year.
9. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding prohibiting outdoor burning.
10. Approve line-item transfer in Juvenile Probation from Director’s salary line to new lines for Juvenile Board supplements for the 274th District Judge and Criminal District Attorney and to increase the overtime line.
