COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Recognition of employees for years of service to Comal County.
3. Accept public roads within:
a. River’s Edge at Mystic Shores, Unit One, into the Comal County Unit Road System, and release associated surety, Construction Bond No. B21871382 (Pct. 4);
b. River Chase, Unit Six, into the Comal County Unit Road System, and release associated surety, Construction Bond No. SS6174 (Pct. 4)
4. Amendment to Plat, Canyon Lake Village West, Unit No. 5, combining Lots 722 and 723 into Lot 722R. (Pct. 1)
5. Determine platting requirements for an approximate 12.662 acre tract being out of the James W. Moore Survey No. 49, Abstract 381, and the William Carper Survey No. 50. (Pct. 4)
6. Final approval of River Crossing, Unit Eight. (Pct. 1)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Report from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:
7. Accept reimbursement grant from Lower Colorado River Authority for rehabilitation of Hidden Valley Sports Park.
8. Accept the resignation of Ron McTee from the Emergency Services District #4 Board and nominate Neil Lageman with a term to expire December 2005.
9. Approve and authorize County Judge to sign the Texas Engineering and Extension Service sub-recipient agreement for 2004 State Homeland Security Program in the amount of $70,002.00.
10. Approve and authorize County Judge to sign the Texas Engineering and Extension Service sub-recipient agreement for the 2004 State Homeland Security Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program (LETPP) in the amount of $21,000.43.
11. Consider funding for lights at Jumbo Evans Sports Park.
