SPECIAL meeting of COMMISSIONERS' COURT will be held at 9:00 A.M. Thursday, August 26, 2004 at Commissioners’ Court 199 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, TX 78130

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1.) To discuss, amend, and consider the adoption of the Commissioners’ Court budget for calendar year 2005, and set salaries of elected officials.
2.) On Comal County tax increase for 2004 to fund 2005 budget.

I received and posted said Notice on the bulletin board at the Southeast entrance of the Old Courthouse located at 100 Main Plaza at a place readily accessible to the general public at all times on the 23rd day of August, 2004, at 8:15 a.m. Said Notice remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of
