COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims
2. Approve Treasurer’s Monthly Investment Report as of August 31, 2004.
3. Public hearing to discuss and consider approval of the Water Oriented Recreation District’s proposal to construct lighting improvements at certain County boat ramps within County Commissioner Precinct 1 on Canyon Lake.
4. Approve proposed Interlocal Agreement with the Water Oriented Recreation District pertaining to lighting improvements at various County boat ramps on Canyon Lake.
5. Public hearing to consider the placement of certain regulatory signs on County roads.

1. Reports from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:
6. Rescind action taken on 09-09-04 concerning the street name change from Mystic Shores Blvd. North to Mystic Canyon, in Mystic Shores, Units Four and Eight. (Pct. #4)
7. Approve Interlocal Application for Immunization Services Grant with TDSHS and authorize county Judge to sign.
8. Approve authority for Comal County Treasurer to request from Wells Fargo Bank an additional WellsOne "P-Cards" to county employee in the County Extension office to be used for their county business related travel and/or educational needs.
9. Approve Resolution 2004-67 adopting Amendment to IRS Section 457 Deferred Compensation Plans with Hartford Life Insurance Company and Nationwide Retirement Solutions to conform with the new Internal Revenue Service Ruling 2004-12 and authorize Commissioners Court to sign.
10. Authorize bonding of two Notary Public’s for the Comal County Jail as per Order #92.
11. Discuss and consider prohibiting outdoor burning.
