COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Amendment to Plat, Canyon Springs Resort, Unit No. 2, Block 31, combining Lots 16 and 17 into Lot 16R. ( Pct. #1)
WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens.
ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:

3. Approve proposed street name change for the north side portion of Saddlehorn to Rebecca Park Road located in Rebecca Creek Park Subdivision. (Pct. # 4)
4. Approve Interlocal Agreement between W.O.R.D and Comal County for boat and wave-runners and authorize County Judge to sign.
5. Approve Tax Assessor-Collector’s Monthly Collection Report – September 2003.
6. Discuss and consider waiver of penalties and interest accrued on ad valorem taxes and take appropriate action.
7. Discuss and consider reduction of funding for contract service providers including Emergency Service Districts.
8. Approve contract with Texas Dept. of Health and Comal County Public Health for Bioterrorism in the amount of $127,103.00, and authorize County Judge to sign.
9. Approve Line-item transfers:
a. Constable #4 from: Travel & Meetings to: Telephone to cover the reimbursement of telephone expenditures on personal phones;
b. Computer Services from: Part-time Personnel to: Travel & Training lines to cover the cost of the TSG Conference and to the Non-Capital Equipment line to purchase additional network switches required to establish redundancy;
c. Commissioners Court from: Consulting Services and Copier Maintenance to: Office Supplies, Book and Publications, and Dues to fund lines for remainder of 2003.
10. Open bids for:
a. End treatments on Blanco Road within Comal County;
b. Vehicle Storage Building for Sheriff’s Office.
11. Award bids for a Single Guardrail Terminal for County Road Department.
