NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION. 8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Claims.
2. Approve Treasurer’s Monthly Investment Report as of September 30th, 2003.
3. Accept extension of road surety for River Chase, Unit Six, Construction Bond No. SS6174. (Pct. #4)
4. Vacate and replat of Lots 1213, 1214, and 1215R, Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 2, and the N ½ of Lot 1656, Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 4, establishing Lots 1213R and 1214R, Canyon Lake Hills, Unit No. 2, and grant variance request. (Pct. 1)
5. Accept the roads within Mystic Shores, Unit Eight, into the Comal County Unit Road System, and release the associated road surety, Construction Bond No. 26-13-46. (Pct. #4) WORKSHOP AGENDA:
1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.
2. Reports from Citizens. ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:

6. Ratify action taken regarding flu vaccinations for dependents covered on employee’s county insurance and determine funding source.
7. Set 2004 holiday schedule for Comal County offices.
8. Authorize requesting bids for:
a. Fencing and gates for Comal County Engineer and Recycling Complex.
9. Award bids for:
a. End Treatments on Blanco Road within Comal County.
b. Vehicle storage building for Sheriff’s Office.
