COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a
CALL TO ORDER EACH REGULAR SESSION WILL BE OPENED WITH A PRAYER AND PLEDGES TO THE FLAGS-ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE WELCOME AND FREE TO PARTICIPATE OR NOT AT THEIR PERSONAL DISCRETION.
8:15 a.m. ACTION AGENDA: The following subjects will be discussed, considered, and acted upon:
1. Approve Claims.

1. Report from Elected Officials and Staff.

ACTION AGENDA CONTINUED:
2. Accept $1500.00 Grant to the Sheriff’s Office from the Wal-Mart Foundation for the purchase of cameras and amend 2004 budget for: Revenues-Donations and Expenditures-Sheriff’s Office-Non-Capital Equipment.
3. Amend 2005 budget in Road and Bridge Fund from: Road and Bridge Fund Reserves to: County Road Map Costs to cover expenditures for 2005.
4. Amend 2004 Budget in Public Health from: General Fund Reserves to: Telephones to cover cost of telephone service at the Bulverde clinic for the remainder of 2004.
5. Amend 2004 budget in Road and Bridge Fund from: Road and Bridge Fund Reserves to: County Road Map Costs to cover expenditures for the remainder of 2004.
6. Approve line-item transfer in:
a. Auditor’s Office from: Travel & Meetings to: Books & Publications and Dues;
b. Department of Public Safety from: Lab & Witness Costs, Travel, Reimbursed Mileage, and Housing of Minors to: Office Supplies, Mobile Phones, and Non-Capital Equipment;
c. Jail from: Salaries-Corrections Officers and Training Officer Supplement to: Medical Services to cover inmate medical expenditures;
d. Sheriff’s Office from: Office Supplies, Supplies, Police Supplies, Graphics, Ammunition, and Uniforms to: Laboratory Testing, Telephone, Mobile Phones, and Capital Equipment;
……..to cover expenditures for remainder of 2004.
7. Award bids for Paving of Jumbo Evans Park Parking Lot (Comal County Parks Department)
