Citizens Advisory Committee

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) members represent diverse community interests throughout Comal County. The CAC assists with the development of appropriate conservation strategies and provides oversight of the planning process. All meetings must be posted and conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.  Current members of the Comal County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan CAC are:

Biological Advisory Team

The purpose of the Biological Advisory Team (BAT) is to provide biological advice to plan participants, calculate the amount of harm to the endangered species, and to aid in sizing and configuration of the habitat preserves.  By law, the BAT must have at least three members, one selected by the Citizens' Advisory Committee landowner members, and the chairperson selected by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  All meetings must be posted and conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.  Current members of the Comal County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan BAT are:
