Miscellaneous:

  • Accessibility to health information, pamphlets, and programs

  • Management and maintenance of immunization records of clients

  • Registration into ImmTrac, the Texas Immunization Registry

 

 

Women's Health:

  • Pregnancy test

  • Proof of pregnancy for Medicaid

HIV & Hepatitis Testing:

  • HIV testing

  • HIV / AIDS information

  • Referrals for medical/social needs

  • Testing for Hepatitis B & C

  • Proof of vaccine response (TITERS)

TB:

  • Screening/testing per Texas State guidelines

  • Screening for exposure per Texas State guidelines
