Comal County residents must meet income and resource criteria.

Services Provided:
The Comal County IHC Program is designed to assist in the payment of basic medical services for those county residents who meet residency, income and resource limits set forth for the program. Verifying documentation must be provided to assist the worker in determining eligibility. The process can take two weeks to complete.
