 LOCAL COUNTY OFFICIAL ATTENDS LATINO        ISSUES CONFERENCE

New Braunfels/San Antonio, TX: Gregory Parker, Comal County Commissioner, Precinct #3 joined over 50 other community leaders from throughout the Alamo region for the William C. Velásquez Latino Issues Conference at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk Hotel on November 18–19, 2005.

The conference, in San Antonio sponsored by the William C. Velásquez, a non-profit, non-partisan, research group, provided outstanding research data, policy outcomes and education to local elected and community officials concerning Latino issues. "It is important for me to stay on top of all my constituents’ issues." said Commissioner Parker. "Regardless of race, color or ethnicity."
