Register To Vote

To be eligible to register in Texas, you must:

• be a U.S. citizen;
• be a resident of the county;
• be 18 years old (you may register at 17 years and 10 months);
• not be a convicted felon (unless a person's sentence is completed, including any probation or parole)
• not be declared mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court.

Voter Registration Applications are available at our offices in:

• New Braunfels at 205 N. Seguin Ave

• Sattler at 160 Oak Dr.

• 30450 Cougar Bend in Bulverde

They may be obtained:

• by calling the main office at (830) 620-5520;
• sending a request by mail to Comal County Tax office, PO Box 311445, New Braunfels, Texas 78130;
• or to request a voter registration application or to fill out a registration on-line, please visit the Secretary of State’s Website.

They are also available at the library, the post office, the Texas Department of Public Safety offices and Texas Department of Human Services office in Comal County.
