COUNTY COURT AT LAW RECORDS INFORMATION
County Court at Law Records Management Clerk can provide copies of County Court at Law #1, County Court at Law #2, and County Court at Law #3 Criminal, Civil, and Probate case records only. You can purchase plain copies, certified copies or electronic copies. Records are available to view in our office at no charge. You may also search for case information on the Comal County website; from the County home page select the Criminal Search option. You can follow the links to search for a specific case type by cause number or by name; the website will only show the case summary information and actions in the case, images of records are not available online.
Please contact us by one of the following ways to get a quote for copies. The County Court at Law Clerks office is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (We are closed for lunch daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)

We accept written requests for copies, however you must get prior quote for the fees. We cannot process your request until payment is made.
