The Comal County Criminal District Attorney’s Office (CDA) is so happy to be able to provide all defense counsel practicing in Comal County the convenience of e-Discovery.
This letter is intended to inform you how to operate our new e-Discovery process through the Odyssey e-Discovery Portal. Please understand, the addition of a new software program will likely change the way you will view discovery documents in the future. Due to current computer server constraints, e-Discovery will not include any video discovery at this time, although we do hope to add that in the future. We do hope this new process greatly assists you in your practice by being able to more conveniently obtain discovery for your clients. Continue reading
