Mission Statement:
It is the Mission of the Comal County Constable Office Precinct 2 to work in partnership with our community to execute all court orders, both civil and criminal, enforce the laws, preserve the peace and help provide a safe community, with the highest ethical standards.
Vision Statement:
The vision of our department encompasses lowering truancy and high school drop-out rates, reducing neighborhood crime through cooperative efforts with neighborhoods, maintaining a line of communication and cooperation with the citizens of Comal County, elected officials, other county departments and other law enforcement agencies.
The Precinct 2 Constable’s office serves the cities of Garden Ridge, Bulverde, and a portions of New Braunfels, and Schertz, as well as all unincorporated areas of Precinct 2 in Comal County. Some of our responsibility is the service of civil process, warrants, writs of execution and possession. Myself and my deputies also serve as the security of Precinct 2 Justice Court.
This office serves all civil process, orders and arrest warrants issued by Justice Courts, County Courts and District Courts.

As your elected Constable, I would like to thank you for the interest, support and trust shown for this office. I have made Comal County my home for the last 24 years and I am proud to be serving as your Constable Precinct 2 since January 1, 2013. Our office is dedicated to serving you with professionalism and trust through continued training and community involvement.

They are responsible for the service of civil process, warrants, probation revocation apprehensions, in Comal County, as well as serving the security needs of the Precinct 2 Justice Court.
This office serves all civil process, orders and arrest warrants issued by Justice Courts, County Courts and District Courts.
