Comal County Law Library
The following changes for reading room access are set to accommodate COVID19 health and safety measures:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30AM – 10:30AM, the library reading room is open to attorneys for use of print materials and Lexis.
- Monday – Thursday, 10:30AM – 2PM, the library reading room is open to self-represented litigants and researchers for 1-hour appointments, at a maximum of two patron appointments per hour. Each appointment is for one person. Call or email the librarian for availability.
The Comal County Law Library is operated as a public service for residents of Comal County. The library is paid for through a portion of civil court costs dedicated to the operation of the library, per Local Government Code §323.023. The library is strictly for legal research.
Library patrons may leave resource requests with the law librarian via phone or email.

Law Library materials are not available for checkout; print resources are available for in-house research only.
Printouts and copies are free.
